基于单片机的称重装置在电梯系统中的应用

本文阐述了轿厢的称重原理以及种类,提出现有的称重方法及设备在电梯运行中存在的弊端及隐患,提出将单片机植入称重装置,改变称重方法,精确负载重量,提高电梯对负载测量结果的准确性,保证电梯的运行安全。

This paper expounds the weighing principle and types of the car, and proposes the existing weighing methods and equipments in the elevator operation. It is proposed to implant the single-chip microcomputer into the weighing device, change the weighing method, and accurately load the weight and improve the weight. The accuracy of the elevator's load measurement results ensures the safe operation of the elevator.
