基于dsPIC单片机的农业机械柴油机工况记录仪设计

设计了一种基于Microchip dsPIC33FJ128MC708A单片机的农业机械柴油机实时工况记录仪。主要通过dsPIC33FJ128MC708A单片机外接霍尔转速传感器、位移传感器、温度传感器以及CAN通讯接口等外设,实现对农业机械柴油机实际作业工况下主轴转速、油门开度、机油温度、排气温度等关键信息的获取,通过LCD显示模块以及SD卡存储模块实现对采集数据的实时显示与存储,从而实现对农业机械柴油机实际工况的采集记录。实际测试表明,数据采集、显示与存储功能正常,采集精度1%,最大连续跟踪记录时长150天,满足农业机械柴油机实际工况信息记录要求。

In order to record the working condition information of agricultural machinery diesel engine in actual operation,a real-time working condition recorder for agricultural machinery diesel engine based on Microchip dsPIC33FJ128MC708A single chip computer was designed.The key information such as spindle speed,throttle opening,oil temperature and exhaust temperature of agricultural machinery diesel engine under actual working conditions was acquired,through attaching Hall speed sensor,displacement sensor,temperature sensor and CAN communication interface to dsPIC33FJ128MC708A microcontroller.LCD display module and SD card storage module were used to display and store the collected data,so as to realize acquisition and recording of the actual working conditions for agricultural machinery diesel engine.The actual test shows that the functions of data acquisition,display and storage are normal,the acquisition accuracy is 1%,and the maximum continuous tracking record time is 150 days,which meets the requirements of information recording for the actual working conditions of agricultural machinery diesel engines.
