基于PIC单片机一般型开关柜温湿度监测系统设计

为了提高煤矿用一般型低压配电柜安全性和稳定性,保证矿山安全生产工作的顺利开展,提出基于PIC单片机技术一般型低压配电柜温湿度监测系统。在分析井下安全生产形势和一般型低压配电柜应用环境基础上,提出一般型低压配电柜温湿度监测系统整体结构,详细介绍了温湿度传感器测量范围、响应时间、结构特点和电气接线图。

In order to improve the safety and stability of general low-voltage distribution cabinet used in coal mine and ensure the smooth development of mine safety production,a temperature and humidity monitoring system of general low-voltage distribution cabinet based on PIC single chip microcomputer technology was proposed.Based on the analysis of downhole safety production situation and application environment of general low-voltage distribution cabinet,the overall structure of temperature and humidity monitoring system of general low-voltage distribution cabinet is proposed,and the measuring range,response time,structure characteristics and electrical wiring diagram of temperature and humidity sensor are introduced in detail.
