基于单片机的数显外锥角度游标卡尺的设计

锥形零件因其结构特点而应用广泛,但锥角测量方法要么复杂要么仅作定性测量。本文以桂林天目数显游标卡尺为基体进行扩展,把两个外测量爪改造成直径不等的两个同轴圆柱环,测量时把两个圆柱环套在被测锥体上,由卡尺输出的轴向尺寸结合两个圆柱环直径尺寸,一并输入单片机模块,由C语言程序实现锥度角度转换。结果输入到液晶显示屏上。
