可编程工业电子显微镜平台的开发

设计了一款高精度可编程工业电子显微镜平台,其具有X、Y、Z三个自由度,由步进电机驱动,以STC89C52为核心控制器件。该平台可以通过USB口或串口与上位机通讯,具有30个点的坐标存储功能和自动寻位功能,利用设计好的指令集上位机可以控制下位机运行的位置和速度。该平台具有良好的扩展性,既可以满足实际检测运行精度需求,又具有较低的成本。

In this article,a high-precision programmable industrial electron microscope platform is set up,which is of three degrees of freedom X,Y,Z,driven by a stepper motor,using an STC89C52 as the core control device.The platform can communicate with the host computer through a USB port or a serial port,and has 30-point coordinate storage function and location-finding function.With a well-designed instruction set,the host computer can control the position and moving speed of the lower-level machine.The platform has good scalability and lower cost,can meet the actual needs of the detection.
