从单片机的基础上探讨输送带运输的自动化设计

现阶段以来,煤矿运输事故发生主要是因为技术与设备等条件制约而导致的,事故发生的次数还在不断的增加,从而给矿井生产水平带来了不良的影响。其中输送机作为主要的生产设备,值得深入研究。基于这样输送带的情况,笔者作了进一步的深入研究探讨。本文从带式输送机的结构原理出发,阐述了输送带自动化的意义,并且探究了单片式芯片的自动化输送带系统应用。

Since the present stage,coal mine transportation accidents are mainly caused by technical and equipment constraints,and the number of accidents is increasing,which has brought adverse effects on the production level of the mine.The conveyor as the main production equipment,worthy of in-depth study.Based on the situation of the conveyor belt,the author made further in-depth study and discussion.Starting from the structural principle of belt conveyor,this paper expounds the significance of belt automation,and explores the application of single chip automatic conveyor belt system.
