Weft tension directly affects fabric quality.In order to improve fabric quality,it is necessary to detect and control weft tension.The weft tension of air-jet loom is measured accurately during its operation,and the weft tension testing system of air-jet loom based on single chip computer is designed.Keil software is used to program and test,and the simulation is successfully carried out in Proteus software.The simulation results show that the testing system can realize the real-time detection of weft tension.
