基于触摸屏与单片机的双模台定型机控制系统设计

设计了一种以STC12C5A60S2单片机、触摸屏、温度控制模块及外围电路组成的双模台定型机控制系统,从硬件和软件两方面介绍了该控制系统的设计方法。利用Modbus通信协议,实现了触摸屏与单片机、温度控制模块的通信,数据传输稳定可靠,满足系统的控制要求。使用触摸屏可以直接修改各种参数、实时显示设备的运行状况,达到良好的人机效果。实践证明:该系统具有功能多、可靠性高、操作方便和电气线路简单等特点,降低了企业的生产成本,提高整套机械设备的附加值。

In this paper,the double mould setting machine control system formed by STC12C5A60S2 single chip microcomputer,touch-screen,temperature control mode and peripheral circuit is designed.It introduces the design methods of control system by software and hardware.By adopting Modbus communication protocol,it realized the communication of touch-screen,single chip microcomputer and temperature control module,as well as the stable and reliable data transportation,finally satisfied system control requirement.The practice showed that there are multifunctional,high reliability,convenient operation and simple electric wires and so on in the system,which reduced the manufacture cost of the enterprise and improved the additional value of equipment.
