FSC气动换挡系统的设计

以FSC赛事要求设计一套气动换挡系统,通过单片机电子控制程序控制离合与换挡的工作顺序,使离合与换挡一起工作,提高换挡成功率.经过不断调试工作时间间隔,成功完成了升降挡,达到了预期的效果.

According to the requirements of FSC competition, a set of pneumatic gear shifting system is designed. The working sequence of clutch and gear shifting is controlled by the single-chip electronic control program, so that clutch and gear shifting can work together and improve the success rate of gear shifting. After the continuous debugging of the working time intervals, the lifting gear has been successfully completed, and the expected effect has been achieved.
