离子源自动控制系统研制

论文针对中子发生器离子源的工作情况,设计一套离子源自动控制系统。自动控制系统选择离子源电流、离子源电压、电离腔外壳温度及针阀相对位置作为控制数据采样点;并将离子源电源输出电压大小、针阀开闭大小作为控制动作输出点。根据控制点设计系统电路及控制流程、编写软件。自动控制系统除具有离子源的控制、离子源工作状态参数存储功能及LCD显示与键盘输入功能。

According to the working condition of neutron generator ion source, an automatic control system of ion source is designed in this paper. The automatic control system selects ion source current, ion source voltage, ionization chamber shell temperature and needle valve relative position as control data sampling points, and takes the output voltage of ion source power supply and needle valve opening and closing size as control action output points. According to the control point, the system circuit, control flow and software are designed. The automatic control system has the functions of controlling the ion source, storing the working state parameters of the ion source, LCD display and keyboard input.
