一种柑橘采摘气动伸缩机构的设计

介绍一种采用模块化设计的柑橘采摘气动伸缩机构,包括电池模块、电机模块、气体压缩模块、驱动控制模块、储气装置、气动伸缩杆等模块。通过锂电池提供动力,单片机控制电动机带动气体压缩模块产生高压气体,推动伸缩杆平稳伸缩。实现了单人多方位柑橘果实采摘的功能,有效解决了传统柑橘采摘过程需要梯子辅助、多次上下攀爬等问题。

A modular pneumatic telescopic mechanism for citrus picking was introduced,including battery module,motor module,gas compression module,drive control module,gas storage device,pneumatic telescopic rod and other modules.Powered by lithium batteries,microcontroller control motor,drive the gas compression module to produce high pressure gas,push the telescopic rod to expand smoothly.It has realized the function of single man and multi-directional citrus fruit picking,and it effectively solves the problem that traditional citrus picking process which needs ladder to assist and climb up and down for many times.
