汽车SCR运行状态实时监测系统设计

为了实现对汽车选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)系统运行状况的实时监测,文章提出了一种基于网络云服务器的监测系统设计方案。通过MC9S12XDP512单片机的ATD模块与MSCAN模块等实现对各传感器电信号的采集,根据采集到的传感器信号,按照预先制定的实时监测判断策略对SCR系统运行状态进行分析,利用ESP8266WIFI模块将分析后的数据传至互联网云端服务器;手机APP和电脑终端平台从服务器获取数据,并将系统运行情况及时展示给车主、SCR系统制造商和政府部门三大目标群体,即利用互联网云端服务器实现三者对SCR系统的实时监测。结果表明,该监测系统对SCR系统各传感器信息的采集具有高精确度和实时性,取得了较满意的监测效果。

In order to realize the real-time monitoring of the running condition of vehicle selective catalytic reduction(SCR) system,a design scheme of monitoring system based on cloud server is put forward. The acquisition of sensor signals is realized by the MCU ATD module and MSCAN module of MC9S12XDP512,the operating state of the SCR system is analyzed according to the collected sensor signals and pre-established judgment strategy,and then the data is sent to the Internet cloud server by using the ESP8266 WIFI module. The smartphone APP and computer terminal platform acquire the data from the server,and show the system running condition to car owners,SCR system manufacturers and government departments. Their real-time monitoring for SCR system is realized by using the Internet cloud server. The results show that the system has high accuracy and real-time performance in collecting the information of each sensor in the SCR system,and achieves satisfactory monitoring results.
