多功能电子秤设计

针对现如今日常生活和生产的方方面面都需要对物体的重量进行精准测量的问题,设计了这款多功能语音电子秤。该设计以STC89C52RC单片机为核心,使用电阻应变式压力传感器、HX711AD转换模块、WT588D语音模块和DS1302时钟芯片来实现,通过LCD1602来进行数据显示。根据设计的需要,绘制出了相应的电路原理图,制作了PCB板,进行了焊接和调试。根据设计功能编写了软件程序,并且进行了对应的实验,通过对几组砝码的重量测量,计算了电子秤的最大引用误差等参数。使该设计最终实现了基本称重、输入单价、计算总价并语音播报金额及电子日历的功能。使得该电子秤的功能更加的丰富。

In view of the problem that every aspect of life and production today needs accurate measurement of the weight of the object,this multi-function voice electronic scale is designed.The design takes STC89 C52 RC as the core,and uses resistance strain pressure sensor,HX711 AD conversion module,WT588 D voice module and DS1302 clock chip to carry out data display through LCD1602.According to the needs of the design,the corresponding circuit schematic diagram is drawn up,and the PCB board is made,and welding and debugg-ing are carried out.According to the design function,the software program is written,and the corresponding experiment is carried out.By measuring the weight of several groups of weights,the maximum reference error of the electronic scale is calculated.This design ultimately realizes the functions of basic weighing,input unit price,total price calculation,voice broadcast amount and electronic calendar.The function of the electronic scale is more abundant.
