设计了一个模拟直流调速控制器数字化改造系统,采用单片机AT89C52作为核心芯片,在实验室现有的模拟调节器基础上,由数字调节器代替模拟转速调节器(ASR)和电流调节器(ACR)。设计了各调节器参数,制作实物电路并进行调试,可以在触摸屏上直观地观测实验数据,并且方便参数修改。
A digital reconstruction system of analog DC speed controller was designed.The system takes the microcontroller AT89 C52 as its core. On the basis of traditional analog regulator, digital regulator is used instead of analog speed regulator(ASR) and current regulator(ACR).The parameters of each regulator were designed, and the physical circuit was made and debugged.The experimental data can be observed intuitively on the touch screen, and the parameters can be easily modified.
