MOS 场效应管也被称为MOS FET, 既Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor(金属氧化物半导体场效应管)的缩写。它一般有耗尽型和增强型两种。本文使用的为增强型MOS场效应管,其内部结构见图5。它可分为NPN型PNP型。NPN型通常称为N沟道型,PNP型也叫P沟道型。

<p>本纸张计数显示装置用于对70g/m2的A4纸张数进行测量。其原理是利用FDC2214模块对平行金属极板间的电容值进行测量,建立起纸张数与测量值一一对应的数学模型。装置以STM32F103C8T6单片机为控制器,对纸张数与FDC2214模块测量值按数组形式存储,作为自校准的依据。通过FDC2214模块实时测量值与数组数据的比较,在平均滤波的基础上,由查表法和插值法确定纸张数。</p><p>Th
