<p>针对目前食用菌装袋机生产过程中劳动强度大、安全性差、生产效率低等问题,为了顺利实现食用菌装袋机的搅拌、送料、套袋、装料、封口等生产过程的自动化,设计了一种新型液动食用菌装袋机。该新型液动食用菌装袋机包括电机、行程开关、传感器、液压缸、夹紧装置、封口装置等。试验结果表明:该新型液动食用菌装袋机操作简单,装袋质量均匀、每袋装出来的重量以及松紧度一致,破菌率极低,发菌效果好。该食用菌装袋机装袋质量
