<p>针对现有的便携式电火花打孔机质量太大、加工效率低等问题,在分析总结了现有的便携式电火花打孔机研究现状的基础上,提出了一种滑块静止而导轨运动的执行机构设计方案。基于单片机,研究了直接利用RC比较电路以简化放电回路的方法,使用了千分表座作为便携式电火花打孔机的底座以调整打孔面,制作出的便携式电火花打孔机重量减轻至10kg以内,测得材料去除率达到了15mm3/min以上,且打孔面易于调整。设计结果

<p>本文以STC12C5A60S2单片机为控制核心,设计了一个管道内钢珠运动测量装置。接近开关检测小球的运动情况,传送信号到单片机触发中断,角度传感器测量管道角度,建立小球运动与角度关联的数据库。通过小球运动的相关数据对比数据库,采用排比算法和算法修正得到精确的角度值。该装置能够实现钢珠个数测量、运动方向显示、运动速度测量、管道摆动周期及倾斜角度的测量。</p><p>In this paper,

<p>为提高火灾预防及扑灭的效率及安全性,设计了一款基于IAP单片机的环境检测灭火小车。小车具有手持控制系统和车载执行系统:手持控制系统由串口触摸屏完成指令输入和信息显示,由DS1302完成时间更新,由无线串口模块完成数据的发送与接收;车载执行系统由DHT11传感器完成温湿度检测,由MQ-2传感器完成可燃气体浓度检测,由YL-38传感器完成火源检测,由L298N完成小车移动控制,且采用风力灭火。实
