1，完成基本的初始化
2，驱动板上的四个发光二极管(DS1,DS2,DS3,DS4)
3，驱动板上的四个按键(PB1,PB2,PB3,PB4)
4，现象为四个发光二极管不停的依次闪亮
当有PB1按下,闪亮的速度加快
当有PB3按下,闪亮的速度减慢
