ODAC+SDAC源代码
ODAC+SDAC源代码，本人已经编译通过，在ODAC目录有个工程包，打开来编译就行。
注意要在C盘建立c:\bpl c:\bpl\dcu两个目录，并将这两个目录增加到LIB目录里。
如果有以前的ODAC或者SDAC，需要卸载以前的包，删除原有的BPL和DCU文件。
