《A mathematical theory of communication》，Shannon信息论的开山之作，此文可以看作是现代通信的理论基础。文中提出熵作为信息的度量，个人认为仍是不可替代的。在量子信息中提出的量子信息熵，可以看作是一种模仿。学理工科的人都应该好好学习看看。当然，同时期的苏联科学家从数学的角度（概率论）给出了几乎一模一样的结果。只是过程更加抽象与严谨。
