The extraordinary growth of the World Wide Web has been fueled by the ability it gives authors to easily and cheaply distribute electronic documents to an international audience. As Web documents have become larger and more Complex, however, Web content providers have begun to experience the limitations of a medium that does not provide the extensibility, structure, and data checking needed for large-scale commercial publishing. The ability of Java applets to embed powerful data manipulation capabilities in Web clients makes even clearer the limitations of current methods for the transmittal of document data.

The cable compensation system is an experiment system that performs simulations of partial or microgravity environments on earth. It is a highly nonlinear and Complex system.In this paper, a network based on the theory of the Fuzzy Cerebellum Model Articulation Controller(FCMAC) is proposed to control this cable compensation system. In FCMAC ,without appropriate learning rate, the control system based on FCMAC will become unstable or its convergence speed will become slow.In order to guarantee the convergence of tracking error, we present a new kind of optimization based on adaptive GA for selecting learning rate.Furthermore, this approach is evaluated and its performance is discussed.The simulation results shows that performance of the FCMAC based the proposed method is stable and more effective.

The Spectral Toolkit is a C++ spectral transform library written by Rodney James and Chuck Panaccione while at the National Center for Atmospheric Research between 2002 and 2005. The library contains a functional subset of FFTPACK and SPHEREPACK, including real and Complex FFTs in 1-3 dimensions, and a spherical harmonic transform. Multithreading is supported through POSIX threads for the multidimensional transforms. This reference guide provides details of the public interface as well as the internal implementation of the library.

The Staged Event-Driven Architecture (SEDA) is a new design for building scalable Internet services. SEDA has three major goals: To support massive concurrency, on the order of tens of thousands of clients per node To exhibit robust performance under wide variations in load and, To simplify the design of Complex Internet services. SEDA decomposes a Complex, event-driven application into a set of stages connected by queues. This design avoids the high overhead associated with thread-based concurrency models, and decouples event and thread scheduling from application logic. SEDA enables services to be well-conditioned to load, preventing resources from being overcommitted when demand exceeds service capacity. Decomposing services into a set of stages also enables modularity and code reuse, as well as the development of debugging tools for Complex event-driven applications.
