这个文件只是汉化了PROTEL99SE的菜单文件带英文的，比较适合初学者，把它解压放在系统盘WINDOWS目录下，注意要先关掉PROTEL99SE软件，再覆盖掉原文件，网上也有很多汉化菜单的文件，但功能都不齐全，这个是本人自己修改过来的，包括板层设置，材料清单等功能都很齐全，和大家分享！
